Virtual Consultation

During this 20 minute consultation we will dive deeper into your specific health goals, exercise history, activity level, injury history and limitations. We will brainstorm on how to best implement your fitness and nutrition plan with your unique situation, availability of exercise equipment, schedule, and dietary preferences.  We will learn exactly what you are looking for in a coach and determine how to deliver great results.
