Virtual Fitness Assessment

We use our virtual fitness assessment to determine baseline measurements, examine your movement patterns , evaluate your current level of fitness and make training recommendations for your customized workout plan. Little or no equipment is fine. We will conduct our assessment based on what you have available.  The assessment workout is not meant to be exhaustive in nature, nor prove that we are "the hardest trainer of all-time", rather it is meant to give your coach the information needed to properly design your individual plan.
